When will my order start? Usually, the delivery of an order starts immediately after placing an order, however if there are any delays up to 48 hours, you are eligible for a refund, as stated in our rules.
What if I entered wrong username? Contact us using Contact form on our website immediately after placing an order.
What if I placed an order on private account? Contact us immediately after placing an order.
When is it impossible to fix the problem with incorrect data? If the order has already been processed with the wrong data entered, there is no way to resolve this.
What to do if followers are decreasing after an order is completed? If you are still in the warranty period, contact us and we will sort this out.
What if I entered wrong email address? You will simply not get a confirmation email from us, but your order will be processed without any problems as long as the username is correct.
What if I have a problem not listed here? Contact us using Contact form and we will further discuss the problem.
